Technology today enables real estate professionals to introduce you to a world of housing opportunities and bring a world of buyers to your doorstep.
Advanced methods, systems and networks create housing and real estate investment opportunities for you like never before. Yet, for all its cutting edge benefits, technology alone is no substitute for the tried and true broker-principal relationships that develop, grow and culminate in successful real estate transactions.
My grounding in sales, acquisition and management over 28 years has prepared me to be that person who can help you navigate the complex real estate marketplace. When your pocketbook and lifestyle are on the line, it makes good sense to hire an experienced professional who's committed to seeing you get precisely what you want.
My aim is to be that individual upon whom you can rely whenever you buy or sell homes and land in the beautiful lake and mountain regions of New Hampshire. I've been helping buyers and sellers with their real estate interests for quite a while. The best part is that it costs you nothing to learn if I can help you. It could mean more money in your pocket, if I can. Call me today to schedule a free strategy session and learn the current value of your home..
Travel and curiosity ignited my passion for real estate nearly 50 years ago when I worked as a bassist for country music star Barbara Mandrell. Motoring from place to place on tour with this legendary performer, I encountered America in my own unique way, gazing out through the window of a 4104 GMC bus and exploring new streets on foot at our destinations in the few free hours we sidemen enjoyed prior to Barbara's concerts.
Along the way I embraced it all; land, architecture, people - so many fleeting friends whose stories were linked to the attributes, images and symbols of place.
Wendell Berry, the celebrated Kentucky poet, has written, “only when we discover (the world) for ourselves does it become common ground and a common bond...”
Self discovery brings me to this conclusion: Our lives, though disparately experienced, possess this world in common and are united by it. This REALTOR® professional who trades in common ground holds dear our common bond.

"Randy Hilman is without a doubt the best real estate agent I've ever encountered. My companion and I, who live in Massachusetts, found him on Zillow when we were searching for qualified agents to help me sell my condominium in Laconia, New Hampshire. We picked him along with a couple of others to interview because his credentials suggested he had a wide variety of experience in sales and we liked the fact that he was a former business journalist. From the moment I met him, I knew I wanted Randy to sell my condominium. He was calm and methodical at our first meeting and his presentation was skillful. No BS. He probably risked not getting my business when he presented his market analysis, which showed the range of likely marketable prices to be far below what I paid for the property 10 years earlier. He said he was not interested in taking a listing he did not believe he could sell, and I believed him and appreciated his candor. I accepted his pricing strategy and it proved"
